A Pet’s Life aims to sell the largest range of pet products online in South Africa.
A Pet’s Life aims to sell the largest range of pet products online in South Africa. A Pet's Life is based in Johannesburg and aims to bring you everything you need to make your pet really happy. We cater for the entire South African market, as far as possible. However, we can not assist with live animals or any other form of fragile pet products that won't necessarily survive transport. Our products include everyday items such as collars, leads, jerseys and bowls to niche products (often imported) like puzzle games, safety car harnesses, life jackets and shoes.
We appreciate all feedback, so if you would like to compliment us, or complain or just give us a few of your thoughts, we are always ready to listen.

A bit about us:
Amber Jordan was born in Natal, relocating to Johannesburg where she completed her schooling. She grew up on a plot with a HUGE family of animals (dogs, cats, horses, sheep, a hamster, chickens, geese, parrots and a special donkey named Peter). After school, Amber worked in the front office of Chartwell Veterinary Clinic before moving down to Cape Town. A bit of studying and a few jobs in between and now Amber is happily running A Pet's Life with her animal family of 2 dogs (Mocca & Sushi) and 2 cats (Charlotte & ZenZen) and has enjoyed recently getting back into horse riding.

There's not many people who will say it, but we love the Post Office!
Here's a few reasons why we rate the Postal service:
- more than 50% of our customer's use the postal services to get their purchases delivered to them cost effectively and safely;
- many of our Suppliers post their stock to us easily;
- postal rates are a lot cheaper than couriering;
- it's a safe and reliable service;
- it takes marginally longer (usually 3-4 working days instead of 48hrs) to have something posted instead of couriered but the price difference is typically Huge
We're so sure that you'll be impressed with the Postal Services that as of 14 October, we'll be paying **all postage costs on orders until the end of the month!
That's right - we will post you your parcel of pet goodies Free Of Charge.
Just incase you don't want to take us up on this great offer though, we’ll still quote you on courier/speed service but your postal quote will be a Zero.

Free Postage ONLY applies to orders placed and quoted on as of the 14 October 2010 and until the end of the promotion.
Orders that were placed before 14 October will not apply to this promotion and will be liable for postage costs per their quote.
A minimum purchase of R299 applies for this promotion.
These delivery fees only apply to SA post office deliveries that weigh less than 10kgs.
Free delivery is calculated per parcel after promotional vouchers and special discounts have been deducted.
A gift voucher may not be purchased with the intention of using the free postage offer after the promotion period has ended.
Orders can not be split into individual parcels. ie one postal address per order.
We reserve the right to change the campaign or timing of the promotion at any stage.

Due to the huge response to our Free Postage Campaign in October, and the numerous requests to bring it back, A Pet’s Life will again be posting your goodies free of charge for a limited period only.
Please note the small print:
• All delivery quotes, valued at R299 or more, from the 18th November 2010, will include the option to receive your parcel free of charge via insured postage mail, counter to counter.
• To take advantage of the offer, the value of the parcel must be above R299 and the weight of the parcel must be below 10kg.
• The offer is only valid on delivery quotes placed on or after the 18th November 2010, and we cannot change delivery quotes sent off and / or accepted prior to this day.
• The offer is valid for a limited time period only (18th November 2010 until 15th December 2010), and we reserve the right to change the offer and timing of the offer as necessary.
• Some products on A Pet’s Life already include a postage fee as these are drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer. The free postage campaign will not apply to these products and the postage amount will not be converted into cash.

A PET’S LIFE IS CELEBRATING THEIR 2ND BIRTHDAY!
To help us celebrate our 2nd birthday, A Pet's Life ran a lucky draw competition in their birthday month - October 2009.
